Hi, I’m Mary Staggs (a.k.a. Captain Painway): writer, slightly neurotic drama queen, and fangirl. I’m into gaming, comic books, roller derby, voodoo… you know, all that fun shit the kids are into nowadays. Except I was into it all before it was mainstream. *adjusts hipster glasses*

This blog is about looking at our boring everyday world in a different way, whether it’s filtered through Geordi’s visor, Batman’s cowl, or a Virtual Boy. (Note: I don’t recommend the Virtual Boy.)
