I don’t know where this picture originally came from but I found it on a blog called “Cerebral Milkshake”. That caption is from that blog (because I’m not clever enough to equate cute piggies with horrible medical news). The piggie reeled me in with its cuteness, and then the caption fucking broke my brain.
